Limited Edition Moka#

Mostly because I'd read about the Yemenese Moka bean from The Monk of Mohka. I'm still learning a lot about coffee, but this strikes me as a very delicious bean, very subtle, not acidic at all and definitely has hints of chocolate and bitterness without a lot of the astringency that I've experienced with some of the other coffee that I've had recently.
